Sit-ups - 34 Sit & Reach - 26 [ in cm i think?] Shuttle Run - 11.9s Standing Broad Jump - 154 or 158cm Chin Ups - 20 [suppose to be 21 but my SW teacher was lyke "Nolah, 20 lah..." :P Bugger!] 2.4 Run - 17.19 mins... [Thats lyke totally late.. So not my personal best!]
So overall I passed!!
